1つ商品を100個ということでしょうか？若しくは商品を複数選択して注文合わせて100個ということでしょうか？

I have a question. It is said that the minimum number of the order is 100.
But does it mean that we have to order 100 product particular only 1 item?
Or is it allowed to order 100 product including other item.
