‘importer of record’とは何ですか？
輸入をしている業者のことでしょうか？
私が日本から販売しているのは一般の消費者ですので ‘importer of record’
ではない、という認識で宜しいでしょうか？

What is the "importer of record"?
Is it the merchant who imports?
The ones I have been selling to from Japan are ordinary consumers so is it okay to recognize that they are not "importer of record"?
