次回以降改善できないようであれば不良とさせて頂き、また相殺対象とさせて頂きたく思います。

今までこのような不具合は見られませんでしたが今回こんなにも錆びてしまった理由がわかればお教えください。

製品の作りと箱寸法の改善によりシワ等はほぼ改善されています。
それだけに今回のビスの錆は残念でした。

次回入荷にも280018をオーダーしておりますので早急に改善を宜しくお願い致します。

Thanks to the product quality and box diameter, wrinkles are mostly resolved.
Especially for this improvement, the rust issue was disappointing.
We have already placed a subsequent order for 280018, so please resolve the issue ASAP.

(2) The rear screws were covered with rust. Please be sure to use non-rusty screws and apply rust preventive.
