次回以降改善できないようであれば不良とさせて頂き、また相殺対象とさせて頂きたく思います。

今までこのような不具合は見られませんでしたが今回こんなにも錆びてしまった理由がわかればお教えください。

製品の作りと箱寸法の改善によりシワ等はほぼ改善されています。
それだけに今回のビスの錆は残念でした。

次回入荷にも280018をオーダーしておりますので早急に改善を宜しくお願い致します。


②背面のビスが錆びだらけでした。必ず錆びてないモノを使用し錆止めを施してください。

Considering the above, the problem concerning the rusted screws disappointed us.

We will order 280018 again for the next arrival, so please solve this problem as soon as possible.

2: The screws on the back were wholly rusted. Please make sure that you use a screw without rust and apply rust proof on it.
