B/Lの原本は通常3部綴りです。
B/Lの原本をいただけますか？
もしくは今回いただいたB/LがSurrenderされたものであれば、その旨教えて下さい。

また、アライバルノーティスはフォワーダーから受け取りましたので、
追加書類は以下2ついただければ大丈夫です。
