１．”local notary office”はスペインにあるのでしょうか？
私は日本に住んでいます
２．”extra 1% of tax”の支払いは指定されるイタリア口座に振り込めば

I found out by the seller forum of Amazon.
The estimates were for the 4 country except UK.
If I demande also to the UK, how much will the monthly price cost?
