まず、確定したこちらの訪問日程についてですが、
XXさんの作業日程のため、前回お話した日程から一週間遅れる事になりました。
また、一部スケジュールも修正しました。
詳細は添付ファイルを参照願います。
現地調査はXXさんと私、二人で現地通訳人が同行するかはまだ未定です。
当日はニュルンベルク空港に3月7日、午後10時10分到着予定です。

First of all, I'd like to confirm our schedule for visiting.
The schedule is going to be delayed for a week because of Mr. XX's working schedule.
Also, some of the schedule's been updated as well.
Please take a look at the attached file for the details.
Field survey is going to be proceeded with Mr. XX and myself. Haven't determined if a local interpreter will accompany.
We are scheduled to arrive at Nurnberg airport at 10:10 PM on March 7.
Is it possible for you to arrange an airport pick up?
