まず、確定したこちらの訪問日程についてですが、
XXさんの作業日程のため、前回お話した日程から一週間遅れる事になりました。
また、一部スケジュールも修正しました。
詳細は添付ファイルを参照願います。
現地調査はXXさんと私、二人で現地通訳人が同行するかはまだ未定です。
当日はニュルンベルク空港に3月7日、午後10時10分到着予定です。

First, I would like to confirm the visit schedule,
for Mr. XX's work schedule, it will be one week later than previously discussed.
