Aについて、Open bid meetingに出席した時の、競合先について教えていただけないでしょうか。
というのも、何故赤字で受注したのかをトップマネジメントに説明しなければならないので、
その資料として競合先の情報（会社名）を教えていただきたく存じます。

また、サインとスタンプを資料の各ページ毎に入れてほしいとのことですが、
誰のサインが必要でしょうか？（マネージャー？）
もし社長のサインが必要となると、サインをもらうのに稟議が必要になるので、対応に時間が掛かります。

I am asking you this because I need to explain the top management why we have placed an ordered in red and I need to know the competitor's information (company name) for our reference.

Also, you requested us to insert sign and stamp on each page of the material, whose sign do you need (i.e. manager)?
If you need our president's sign, we need to have further meeting for it, so it will take time.
