Aについて、Open bid meetingに出席した時の、競合先について教えていただけないでしょうか。
というのも、何故赤字で受注したのかをトップマネジメントに説明しなければならないので、
その資料として競合先の情報（会社名）を教えていただきたく存じます。

また、サインとスタンプを資料の各ページ毎に入れてほしいとのことですが、
誰のサインが必要でしょうか？（マネージャー？）
もし社長のサインが必要となると、サインをもらうのに稟議が必要になるので、対応に時間が掛かります。

Regarding A, will you let us know the competitor at the time of attendance to open bid meeting?
That's because we have to explain to the top management why order was placed despite of loss, so we'd like to have information of the competitor (company name) as material to support that fact.

Also, you said you want signature and stamp on each page of the material, and whose sign do you need? (manager?)
If you need signature by the president, we need to ask for internal decision to have it signed, and it will take some time.
