The product in question is also sold in Japan so it was also included in our selling list.

However, we didn't know that the product would be in violation of trademark infringement.

We had no knowledge of the product at all.

As such, we did not sell this on purpose and seek your kind understanding.

We have absolutely no intention of creating trouble for your company.

We are very apologetic about this.
