私たちは日本の食料品をメインに販売しています。
該当する商品は、日本でも販売されている商品の為、私たちの販売リストに含めてしまっていました。
しかし、その商品が商標権を侵害しているとは思ってもいませんでした。
私たちが、その商品について全く知識がありませんでした。
決して、私たちが意図して販売したわけではないことをご理解ください。
御社を困らせるつもりは全くありません。

But we didn't know that the product infringe trade mark right.
