備考: Airbnbのホストに延長の交渉をしているところです

このような状況ですので、私たちはあなたの判断にまかせます。

もし、他のゲストが、すぐにあなたのアパートに滞在したいという希望があれば、
最初のスケジュールどおり30日にチェックアウトをし、ホテルなど、次の滞在先に移動します。
（まだ滞在先は決まっていませんが、2泊くらいならすぐにどこかが見つかるでしょう）


アパートの入居について、結果が出たらすぐにお知らせしますね。

This is our situtation so I will let you decide.

If other guests would like to stay at your aparment right away, we will checkout on the 30th as we agreed first and we will move to a hotel or somewhere. (We don't know where but I am sure we will be able to find something easily if it's just 2 days or so.)
I will let you know as soon as we get the result from the apartment.
