ブルーレイプレーヤーを使用して3日目に故障しました。
ブルーレイプレーヤーでブルーレイを再生中に突然画面がフリーズしました。
また、リモコンにも反応しなくなりました。
仕方なくアダプターを外して電源を切りました。
その後から、ブルーレイプレーヤーの電源が入らず、再生中だったブルーレイが取り出せないままの状態です。
ブルーレイプレーヤーからブルーレイを取り出して、修理もしくは交換していただけないでしょうか。

Playing the Blue-ray player, on the third day, it has broken.
While playing back Blue-ray with the Blue-ray player, it suddenly froze.
Also, its remote controller has stopped working too.
As I could do nothing to recover, I pulled off the power.
Then, the Blue-ray player could not have power and the Blue-ray which was on the way to play back could not be pulled off.
Could you pull back the Blue-ray from the Blue-ray player and repair it or replace it?
