宿泊先ですが、〇〇ホテルで考えています。（温泉付きで非常に良いホテルです。）
ツインベッドルーム 2名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
1名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
4人部屋 4名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
どのプランが良いかをA社に確認して、連絡して下さい。
夕食については全て、我々のほうでアレンジします。
また、移動手段については成田空港から大型の車を借りて、車でホテルまで
移動することを考えています。（帰りも車で空港までお送りします。）
About the accomodation, we have a recommendation. (A superior hotel that have a nice onsen facilities (a hot spring).

We will arrange your dinner for you. So don't worry about dinner reservation.
Regarding to the transportation, we are planning to rent a large-sized car from Narita to the hotel. (We'll give you a ride when you return to Narita as well.)
