また本来歩み寄るべきなのは私たちであると心得ていますが、この問題を解決する為にはあなたの助けも必要です。
もしかしたら文化の違いの問題があったかもしれません。
しかしインターナショナルスクールで働く職員として、文化の違いを受け入れないことは出来ません。
今後、この学校が更なる発展を目指す為に、お互い協力していきたいと思っています。

I understand that we should compromise basically, but your help needs to solve this issue.
There might be the culture difference between us.
However, as staff working at international school, we can not do anything unless we accept the difference.
I would like to cooperate with you for further development of this school in the future.
I hope you will agree with my idea.
