私は日本部の職員と校長（あなた）との今の関係を危惧しています。

あたなは、日本部の職員は「自分の指示に従わない」と考え、ストレスを感じていると思います。
また日本部の職員は、自分たちの「こうしたいんだ」という熱意を校長（あなた）に阻害されていると考え、ストレスを感じていると思います。
この気持ちの積み重ねが今の関係悪化に繋がっていることは間違いありません。
しかし、双方が感じていることは事実でしょうか。

I want to understand this problem.
You think that the staff of the Japanese department "Do not obey your instructions" and feel stressed.
And I think that the staff of the Japanese department feel stressed, thinking that their principal (you) is obstructing their enthusiasm for "wanting to do this".
There is no doubt that accumulation of this feeling is now worsening of the relationship.
But is it the true feelings of both sides?
