製品がまだ日本に戻って来ないので状況が不明ですが、USPSの追跡情報で調べたところ、２月２５日にMPSAに製品が引き渡された所まで追跡が出来ましたが、その後は不明となっております。
お手数ですが最寄りのMPSAもしくはUSPSにお電話いただき、追跡番号****が届かないとお伝えいただいてもよろしいでしょうか？
もしそれで見つからない場合、再送しても同じ結果になる可能性が高いので返金処理をさせていただきます。改めて購入して別のお届け先をご指定ください。

Since the product has not been returned to Japan yet, we are not sure about the status. As far as I investigated with USPS tracking information, we could find out that the product was handed to MPSA on February 25, but, after that, the status is unknown.
I am really sorry for bothering you, but can you please call your local MPSA or USPS over the phone and let them know that the package of the tracking number **** has not been delivered yet?
In the case that the package is not found anywhere even if you contact them, I will follow the steps to issue a refund to you because the same accident would happen even if I resend the product to you. Please purchase the product anew and specify another destination address.
