キャンセルがなされていなかった為、お客様に購入の意思があるものと思い込んでいました。

私の方でもまだ状況が把握できていません。
最悪の場合、送付させて頂いた商品を送り返して頂く事になります。
もちろん返品の送料はこちらで負担しますが、発送などのお手数をお掛けする事になります。
