7inchのエレメントについて、66枚中64枚を出荷、2枚を弊社保管にしてほしいと依頼を受けておりましたが、貴社からのPOは64枚となっているので、64枚で出荷するのは税務上難しいと考えます。
申し訳ないのですが、66枚で出荷して宜しいでしょうか？

エレメントは本日完成するのですが、最終検査と輸出梱包があるので、明日の出荷になる可能性が高いです。
誠に申し訳ないのですが、ご了承をお願いしたく存じます。

As for the 7inch elements, I was asked to ship 64 pcs and keep 2 pcs in our company out of 66 pcs.
But as the PO from your company is 64 pcs, I consider it is hard to ship 64 pcs under the tax law.
I hesitate to say that, but is it possible to ship 66 pcs?

Though the element will be compleated, as there are still final inspection and packing for export, the shippment will possibly be tomorrow.
