7inchのエレメントについて、66枚中64枚を出荷、2枚を弊社保管にしてほしいと依頼を受けておりましたが、貴社からのPOは64枚となっているので、64枚で出荷するのは税務上難しいと考えます。
申し訳ないのですが、66枚で出荷して宜しいでしょうか？
エレメントは本日完成するのですが、最終検査と輸出梱包があるので、明日の出荷になる可能性が高いです。
誠に申し訳ないのですが、ご了承をお願いしたく存じます。

Regarding 7 inch element, although we are requested to ship 64 out of 66 and keep 2 of them in our company, as your PO says for 64, we think it difficult to ship 64 pieces on the ground of tax.
We are sorry but could we ship 66 pieces?
Although the elements will be completed today, we have to pack for exporting after their inspection, it is highly likely to be shipped tomorrow.
We are very sorry but please understand it.
