しかし、壊れた２つの商品は両方とも捨ててしまったので見つかりませんし、

新しく商品を買うことはできませんし、そもそも壊れた商品を送ってきたあなたに一番の
責任があると思いますので、２つ分の合計$800はあなたが負担するべきだと思います。

First, about this recently matter, I'm sorry for don't understand policy of return.
But, I can't find the items because I threw both 2 items away.
If those find, I must pay the return price.
So, I can't buy new one.
And, I'm thinking that you have the biggest a responsibility because you send broke items.
So, you must pay the 2 items price's total $800. I think so.
I'm sorry for strictly expressions, however, This is my opinion.
