銀行が言うには送金したあなたの会社が
銀行に調査依頼をしなければ何も答えられないそうです。

セキュリティの都合で他人には教えられないと。
なのであなたの会社から銀行へ調査を依頼して下さい。
私は受取人のため何の情報も受け取れないそうです。
日本の銀行でも同じことを言われました。

最初に御社へ送金したのが去年の五月です。
もう一年になります。
社内で調査するのではなく、
銀行に調査を依頼すればすぐ問題は解決します。

I have asked the bank of America since I haven't received a response from you.
the bank said if your company, which made a remittance, send a request for research to the bank, they couldn't answer any question.

they said they couldn't give the information to anyone for security reasons, so, please make a request for research to the bank from your company.
I couldn't receive any information because I am a recipient.
The same thing has been told in the Japanese bank.

In last may, the first money has been sent to your company.
It has been almost a year since then.
I guess the better way to solve the problem is don't try to solve it within the company but asking the bank for the research
