また、来週も合宿が行われるため中止したいと思います。

ここのところミーティングが行えなくて申し訳ありません。
4月からはまた再度調整したいと思います。

もし必要であれば先生と直接連絡をとってください。

This week's meeting is canceled because professors are on trip overseas.
The meeting next week is going to be canceled, too because of the seminar camp.

It's unfortunate that meetings haven't been arranged these days. I'll try to arrange a meeting properly from April.
