Basically, since the product is exhibited individually, we cannot accept returns at buyers' request unless the product is defective. Since shipping fee is included in this case, we will unavoidably charge a shipping cost + PayPal fee when returning. Please return the item first. We will inspect the item when it arrives. If there is no problem we will charge shipping costs + fee to you through PayPay. I will refund the $ 399.99 paid by buyer as soon as payment is confirmed.
