I'm really sorry tell you but regarding your products, there was a complain from the agency in Japan so that we can't sell the products at Amazon Japan.


Regarding the 450 products which I guess it've been already manufactured, could you ship it?
I'm afraid but If you haven't prepared the rest of the order, 600, is it possible to refund the amount to me except the 10% cancellation fee?
