どうして間違えたのですか？
アメリカの事務所から日本に転送しているのですが
２つあるはずのものが、１つしか無い事で輸送コストの損失が出てしまいました。
まず１つ分の代金と送料を返金お願いします。
そして、いくらか値引きできるのであればお願いいたします。
