御社が発送元であるタイのDHLに問い合わせて日本郵政で追跡可能な追跡番号を頂ければ日本郵政で荷物がどこに配達されたのか御社に対しこれ以上クレームを差し上げることもなく自分で調査が出来ますので対応をお願い致します。

何度も言っておりますが非常に重要な事なのでもう一度言います。
御社より頂いた〇〇と〇〇と〇〇の追跡番号では日本郵政は追跡が取れない
追跡が出来るのはDHLだけです

私の言っていることが理解できないのであれば御社自信で直接DHLや下記の日本郵政の追跡サイトでご確認ください

Please contact the DHL in Thailand, who shipped the order, and get the tracking number which I can use to track the order through Japan Post. If you could do that, I don’t have to complain anymore, and I can search for it myself.

I told you already but I will say this again since this is really important.
Japan Post can’t track the order using the track number you gave me, ○○, ○○, and ○○.
Only DHL can use them to track the order.
