The Items cannot be shipped as long as you have Disputes open for them, as Paypal has deducted the money now from our Paypal Account, we will ship as soon as you have closed the Dispute, no worrys my friend, you are in good Hands with us, as I wrote we have many Japanese Customer and ship almost daily to there.
