ホテルには昨日到着しました。
素敵な部屋でとても気に入っています。

ただ、booking.comのサイトにはバスアメニティグッズがついていると
かいてあったのですが、ありませんでした。
石けんやシャンプーなど最低限のものでもいいのですが、サービスには含まれないのでしょうか？

それから27日のチェックアウトはまだ時間が決まっていないのですが、
どのようにすればいいでしょうか？

I arrived at a hotel yesterday.
The room is so nice and it’s my favorite.

However, there was the description that the bathroom amenity goods are set to the room on booking.com, but there are not.
Though the minimum goods such as soap or shampoo are OK, does this service include these?

Also, though the checkout time of 27th hasn’t decided yet, what should I do?
