こんにちは。
請求書ありがとうございます。
しかし、残念な事に、このページからもPayPalにログインする事が出来ませんでした。

再度、PayPalに確認してもらうと、何らかの原因でセキュリティ ロックが掛かっているとの事でした。
24時間以上、時間空けて再度ログインして下さいとの事でした。
申し訳ありませんが、もうしばらくお待ちください。
