現在荷物が梱包破損の為､営業所で止まっているいるようです｡
まだスーツケースを受け取っていませんが､もし受け取った時点でなんらかの破損があった場合
返品もしくは一部返金の対応をお願いできないでしょうか?特に大きな損傷がなければスーツケースをそのまま受け取ります｡

The luggage seems to be stopped at an office now due to a damaged package.
Though I haven't received the suitcase yet, if there is any damage when it arrives, could you do a partial refund, or can I return the product? If there isn't any big damage, I will accept the suitcase.
