$97のコースを申し込んだ時、メールが届かなかったので、
$147のコースの方も申し込んでしまいました。
その後、$97の方のメールが届いてログインできました。
そちらのアカウントでコースを受講しています。

$147の方はメールが届かなかったので、受講しておりません。

大変お手数ですが$147の方はキャンセルをお願いいたします。

I am sorry but I made a mistake and applied twice.

When I applied for the $97 course I didn't receive the email so I also applied for the $147 course.
After that, I received the $97 email and I was able to log in.
I am taking the lectures with that account.

I haven't received the $147 email so I am not taking the lectures.

I know it is a lot of trouble but I would like to cancel the $147 one.
