あなたが誠実なビジネスをしていることはよく分かりました。
ただ今回のケースは錆びていただけでなく箱も新品というにはきたないというクレームもありました。
人にもよりますが日本ではあの状態で新品というには通用しないようです。
ただ需要のある素晴らしい商品ですので以前のような状態で仕入れることができるようになったらまたご連絡ください。

I have understood that you are running an honest business.
However we have received a complaint that not only it (商品名を具体的にしたほうが良いかもしれないです。)was stained but the package was in a poor state too in this case. Though it might depend on the consumer but it seems claiming something for sale in such a state new is not acceptable in Japan.

Even so it is an eccellent product that has a demand. Please contact us again when you can supply it in the condition like before. We would like to purchase it again.
We hope we have the opportunity again.
