1.計画能力の向上
　自分の業務だけではなく、会社の方針や他部門の状況を踏まえて、業務計画を立てる。また、状況が変化した場合に備え、複数のバックアッププランを用意しておき、臨機応変に業務計画を見直す。
2.新しいアイデアの生み出す能力の向上
　新しいアイデアを発見・生み出す方法を習得するため、社外研修やWeb研修を受講する。

英語

1. Improvement of planning ability
Based on not only my own assignment but also the company policy and the status of other department, I will establish the business plan. Also I will prepare multiple back-up plans in case the situation would change and will flexibly review the business plan.
2. Improvement of the ability to create a new idea
In order to master how to find or to generate a new idea, I will take external training and WEB training sessions.
