車が大好きなご主人が家族と共に趣味の時間を楽しめる様にと考え設計を開始した。
そこで先ず畳コーナーと脱衣室の一部を上下でつなぎシーンに合わせて使用できるように開閉式の建具を設置した。
また玄関口とキッチン造作壁の一部にも小さな吹抜けを設け家族のコミュニケーションが図れる様にした。
更に敷地南側に配置したガレージ屋根の上に大きなデッキバルコニーを設けアウトドアリビングとして利用出来る様にした。
玄関からワークスペース、キッチンまでの床仕上げは同じタイル仕上げとしている。

She has started designing so that her husband, a major car fan, can enjoy his pastime with his family.
First she has installed an opening/closing type of fittings to connect the tatami mat corner and a part of the fitting room at the top and the bottom using along with the scene.
Established also was a stairwell at a part of the entrance and the furnish wall to allow family holding communication.
In addition, on the garage roof located at the southern part of the premise, a large deck balcony was established to use as an outdoor living room.
The same tile finish was applied all the way from the entrance, workspace, and kitchen floors.
