この度はお届けしました製品に不備があったとのこと誠に申し訳ございません。

こちらAmazonの倉庫から発送している製品となりまして、イギリスやフランス、ドイツやイタリア等をAmazonの倉庫間で移動している際に、何者かにズボンだけ抜き取られたのではないかと考えています。

申し訳ございませんが、弊社で対応が難しい為、Amazonに返品したい旨を伝えていただき、改めて製品を購入いただく形になるかと思います

This is the product which is shipped from the warehouse of Amazon, and we guess that only the trousers were pulled out by someone while the product was transferred among the warehouses in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and other countries.
