12.8条において、A社に権利を付与したことで、そのあとの9、10、11条もA社を以前の契約と同じ取扱いにするのが適切ではと考えています。
以下の条項のB社からのコメントの削除も合わせてお願いします。

I believe that according to article 12.8, rights were bestowed to company A. Furthermore, article 9, 10, 11 also points out that it is right to treat company A the same way as in the case of the previous contract.
