差込口が壊れている商品に関しては、なんとか自力で修理しました。
ですので、もう一つの電源が付かない商品に関してご対応いただけますでしょうか？

購入者の方はマニュアルをしっかり読んでおりまして、
販売側である私も彼らと連絡を取っております。

よって、新品を発送していただきたいのは、
電源が付かない商品（香川県の方）のみとなりますので

I repaired the product whose jack was broken. by myself.
So I appreciate if you help me in repairing the other one to which the power cannot be supplied.

The buyers had read the user/s manual very well.
I, as the seller, have contact with them.

I suppose that it may be difficult for you to understand the default only by the pictures,
so I uploaded a movie on Youtube. Please have a look at it.

As such, I would like you to send me only for the one item which cannot be supplied with power (for the buyer who lives in Kagawa pref.).
