Although you said I mistook your ◯ address, I did not input your address when proceeding for the refund.
I searched payment history you paid on 28 June in ◯, from there I did the refund and it was not needed to input your address, and I just clicked the ling and issued you $150 refund.
I was told from eBay that paying back was completed.
I will ask eBay why their answers are different from yours and mine.
By eBay to remain the mail record.
Is it really true that the buyer is mentioning that my refund is on hold from eBay's investigation?
