You said that I mistook your address but when I tried to refund you, I did not enter your address. On A, you can check the payment history on June 28. From there, it does not require an address to refund, just click the link and choose to refund $150.
I received a refund completed notification from eBay. Why did eBay give you and me different answers? To put things on record, I will email and ask eBay.

eBay please investigate whether it is true that the buyer said my refund is still incomplete.
