1つのセンテンスを読んだら続けて読まずに、十分な間隔を空けて次を読んでください。
データが複数のファイルに分かれるのは問題ないので、必要であれば途中で休憩を挟んでも大丈夫です。

You can keep one file without splitting it, but please put a pause for about two seconds at least between a sentence and the next when you read them.
When you finish reading a sentence, please put enough pause before you start to read the next sentence.
As it is acceptable to put the data into multiple files, you can take a break in the middle of reading, if necessary.
