non-standard charactersがSubjectに含まれるSPAMメールが送られてくると、処理が止りALERTが送られてきます。
該当のSPAMメールを削除しないと、止ったままとなり他のメールの処理が進みません。
non-standard charactersのメールが来ても、無視するなどの対応はできないでしょうか？

When SPAM mail with the subject including non-standard characters is sent, the process is stopped and ALERT is sent.
Until I don't delete the SPAM mail, the process keeps stopping and other emails can't be processed.
Is it possible to ignore even if I receive non-standard characters' mails?
