私は発送前に何度か機種の動作を確認しております。
機材自体が故障していたという可能性はございません。

この機種に付属していたアダプターはKORGの純正アダプターになります。
電圧が100Vのみの対応になっているはずです。
これは日本の電圧です。
それ以上の電圧で利用すると機材が故障する場合があります。
利用する為には変圧器が必要になりますが、変圧器は使われましたか？
使われていなければ変圧器を購入する必要があります。

これ以上の事は私も分かり兼ねますので、一度お試し頂くようお願い致します。

It is impossible that the device had a failure.

Adapter which came with this device Is KORG genuine adapter.
Voltage should only be for 100V.
This is voltage in Japan.
If you use it with voltage over that, device may fail.
You need a converter to use it, but did you use it?
If not, you have to buy a converter.
