Company - Influencer Contract
{Name} , henceforth known as "Influencer" and {Manufacturer}, henceforth known as
"Company," enter into this agreement of representation on {date}.
Influencer will represent the Company in promoting the Comany’s product for a period of

１）　｛　｝　部分も日本語をあてて訳すと、クライアントにとってより親切な翻訳文になる気がします。
２）　　 henceforth known as"Company,"　は、　「以下、『弊社』と呼ぶ」 「以下、『弊社』と称する」くらいの意味ではないでしょうか。まあ別に「企業」と称しても良いんですが、それであれば、その次に出てくるCampanyも「企業」としないと都合が悪い気がします。

この手の、　○○○○、（以下「顧客」と称する）　　××××（以下、「出展者」と呼ぶ）　的な記述は、法務系文書の頻出表現だと思いますので、押さえておいた方が良いのではないでしょうか。
