今日、日本のDHLの担当者から集荷ができなくて引き返したという連絡をうけました。
まだ集荷に伺ってなかったんですね。
彼らには水曜日の午後に集荷に行くように依頼しています。

インボイスとシッピングラベルは先程メールに添付した物をお使いください。
（念のためもう一度添付します。）
DHLからも同じシッピングラベルがメールされたようですね。自動で送られたようです。

いずれにせよ、混乱させてすみませんでした！

I received the information that the person on DHL Japan could not collect products today. They have not been to collect the stuffs. I asked them to visit again Wednesday afternoon.

Please use the invoice and shopping label attached my email earlier.
(I will attach them once more)
DHL also emailed you the same shopping labels. It maybe automatic.
