Jialiが届いていない。日本の郵便局に調べてもらいました。荷物には、宛名（私の名前）が書かれていないことが判明しました。郵便局に証明を提出しなければ荷物を受け取れない。私の下記住所と名前を送りますのでこのままコピーして、それをメールに添付し、この人（Akiko）に荷物を配達してください。そして、Judyの名前（Judyが荷物を送った際のフルネームで）を一筆書いて、メールで送ってください。そのメールを郵便局に送れば荷物を引き渡してくれます。お手数をおかけしますがお願いします。

Jiali has not been delivered yet. I had Japan Post investigate it. It turned out that the package did not have Send to information (my name) on it. I am not able to receive the package without submitting the certificate to the Japan Post. I am sending you my address and name below, so please copy and paste it to the email and send the message to send the package to this person (Akiko).
