これまで疑わしい部品を交換してきましたが、
効果が認められませんでした。
原因はソフトウエアにあると思われます。
電源落ちの際、PLCの状態を調べようとしても
PLCが入力も出力もできない状態になります。
（RS232Cを引き抜いても、ｼｬｯﾄﾀﾞｳﾝしません、ﾓﾆﾀｰをつないでも何も映りません）
※windowsが落ちてるようです。
原因を調査する際どのような方法が有効でしょうか？
※ＰＬＣは過去に新品と交換した事があります。

Though we have replaced suspicious products, we could not find good effect.
The reason seems to be in the software.
When the power failed, we tried to check PLC's condition, PLC cannot react for input and output.
(Even RS232C was pulled out, it did not shut down and connecting to monitor, nothing happens.)
※Windows seems to have a failure.
What is effective method to check the reason?
※I have changed PLC for new one in the past.
