先に送った注文番号の商品は届きましたが、注文していない商品に対して2つ支払いが発生していることについて私はキャンセルを要求をしています。
本当に迷惑しているので大至急解決をお願いします。
こんな不当な請求払えません。

I certainly received the item with the order number I sent previously.
However, the problem is two payments for the items I have not ordered are now demanded and I am requesting cancellation of these wrong orders.
It is really annoying. So please deal with this problem as soon as possible.
I do not pay such an unreasonable charge.
