Hi,

If I remember correctly the problem was that the figure was not new, though it was advertised as such. The seals were broken on both the outside and inside packaging. I thank you for offering a replacement but it is not worth the hassle. I will keep the figure. My complaint is that I paid for a new figure and got a used figure. I do not buy used figures. Anyway the figure appears fine so I will keep it.

もし私の記憶が正しければフィギュアが新品と広告されていたにも関わらずそうではなかった、という事でしたね。中箱、外箱ともに封が切られていました。商品の交換のお申し出は有りがたいのですが、お手間をとって頂く程の事ではございません。フィギュアはそのまま頂きます。私の申し上げたいのは中古品のフィギュアに新品の価格を支払った、という点についてです。私は通常中古品は購入しません。フィギュア自体には問題有りませんでしたからこのまま頂きます。
